The story of the waterhole tells me that my people used to walk in the bush looking for food. In the waterhole we have bush tucker like fish, bush yam, turtle and goanna. The brolga reminds me of the old people dancing and that the feather of the brolga is used to make a feather belt. The diver duck is sometimes good to eat after its cooked in the fireplace. The lily in the pond was eaten by our people. They ate the roots and flowers.
