Long ago my people believed that the Wandjina was a God. The Wandjina heard my people cry out to him for food and water. Wandjina gave them food and flooded the lands. He made puddles from the running water. The rock pebbles shine as the water running over them would rush out to sea. The Wandjina also had helpers like the Spirits.
