Description:
Walk with our local Miriwoong tour guides amongst the ancient escarpments of Mirima National Park. Discover traditional plant uses and explore rock art sites. Immerse in Miriwoong culture and experience a Mantha (traditional welcome). Learn about Dreamtime stories and understand contemporary Aboriginal histories. Tour the art centre, learn about Indigenous art and the history of Waringarri Arts, the first wholly Aboriginal-owned art centre in Western Australia. Explore the galleries and artist studios, see artists at work and engage in conversations. Enjoy a taste of delicious homemade damper and bush foods. Approx 30-minute bush walk involved. All fitness levels and ages welcome.

What to bring:
Closed comfortable shoes are advisable, sunscreen, hat, camera, drink bottle, curiosity and a smile!
Meet: Waringarri Arts, 16 Speargrass Rd, Kununurra (5 minutes before tour).
Pick up from Kununurra Visitor Centre available by arrangement.
